How to put on compression socks
At first, putting on a pair of compression socks can be a little tricky. But with some practice, you’ll find what works for you. Here are some tips:

  • Turn the inside out, except for the toe part
  • Place the tip of your foot in the toe part
  • Gradually roll the remaining part of the sock on, first over your foot and then up your lower leg
